For window decoration we automatically think off a manual operation via chain or cord. But there are solutions with a higher level of comfort, namely window decoration with electrical operation.
Ever since the arise of Duette® Shades, the pleated products have gained enormously in popularity. Duette® fabrics are pleated fabrics with a honeycomb structure. This causes a double layer which makes that the typical cords in the fabric are no longer visible.
The specific shape and structure of Duette® fabric brings along some technical specifications which make pleated blinds a very profitable type of window covering. The insulation value of Duette® Shade is in no way comparable with any other type of window covering.

Ladder cord or ladder tapeAs a finishing option of a wooden venetian blind, you could opt for ladder tape. This gives the blind a more sturdy look. Electrical convenience, worth consideringIf we say roller blind, we unprompted think about the accompanying operation chain. The motor can be controlled with a switch or a remote control so you can operate your blinds to the exact position you want by simply pressing one button.
