Is a Duo-Roll expensive?Of course, the price of a Duo-Roll is higher than the price for a standard roller blind.
This is though quite easy to explain. A Duo-Roll has twice the amount of fabric as a standard roller blind. Furthermore, a duo-roll is always equipped with cassette. Knowing that the fabric and the processing of it is part of the price of a roller blind for ±75% explains why a doubling or the required meters of fabric causes this significant difference in price.
16, 25, 35 or 50 mmThe width of the slat is very important while choosing a horizontal blind. In general, we can say that the larger the window, the wider you can take the slats. Smaller window will be more elegant with 16mm slats, while large windows are at their best with 50mm slats.
