16, 25, 35 or 50 mm

The width of the slat is very important while choosing a horizontal blind. In general, we can say that the larger the window, the wider you can take the slats. Smaller window will be more elegant with 16mm slats, while large windows are at their best with 50mm slats.

In practice, however, aluminium slats will be chosen in a width of 25mm while for wooden slats the most common width is 50mm. Obviously the variety of colours is the biggest in these dimensions.
